Objective To explore the value and the most reasonable procedure of EN by naso-intestinal tube in carcinoma of esophago cardia after operation.

Methods Data of 114 cases of carcinoma of esophago cardia,subject to EN through a naso-intestinal tube after operation,were reviewed.

Conclusion:It can release greatly the pain and improve the success of operation in operating patients that the painless technique is applied to extaction with esophago foreignbody.
