Beside the sabbaths of the LORD， and beside your gifts， and beside all your vows， and beside all your freewill offerings， which ye give unto the LORD.
這是在耶和華的安息日以外，又在你們的供物和所許的愿，并甘心獻(xiàn)給耶和華的以外。
When anyone brings from the herd or flock a fellowship offering to the Lord to fulfill a special vow or as a freewill offering, it must be without defect or blemish to be acceptable.
凡從牛群或是羊群中，將平安祭獻(xiàn)給耶和華，為要還特許的愿，或是作甘心獻(xiàn)的，所獻(xiàn)的必純?nèi)珶o殘疾的，才蒙悅納。
In addition to what you vow and your freewill offerings, prepare these for the Lord at your appointed feasts: your burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offerings and fellowship offerings.

You have a freewill offering--just because someone wants to do this, a freewill offering. And you have a vow offering that would be offered on the successful completion of a vow, for example. And these sacrifices are all entirely optional.
