M is the principal partner of Beijing A Accounting Firm and a Chinese CPA, Chinese Certified Tax Agents (CCTA), and the Judicial Authenticator of China.

From 1989 up to now, he has been working at China Communications &Transportation Association (CCTA) as its former vice president and general-secretary and present executive president.
1989年至今在中國交通運(yùn)輸協(xié)會(huì)工作，歷任副會(huì)長(zhǎng)兼秘書長(zhǎng)、常務(wù)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。
Meanwhile he is the president of Seminar of Logistics &Transportation of CCTA (STL-CCTA) and the chairman of Institute of Logistics &Transportation of CCTA, Beijing (ILT-CCTA, Beijing).
同時(shí)兼任中國交通運(yùn)輸協(xié)會(huì)運(yùn)輸與物流研究會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)、北京中交協(xié)物流研究院院長(zhǎng)。
