詞根 ven,vent = to come 來

在世界史上有很多有名的帝王將相留下的言語當(dāng)時看起來沒有什么，但是慢慢的就變成了非常有名的名言了，在外國里面其中一位就是愷撒大帝，他在澤拉戰(zhàn)役中獲勝后寫給羅馬元老院的著名捷報。用了三個雙音節(jié)拉丁詞匯即我來，我見，我征服（拉丁語：VENI VIDI VICI，國際音標(biāo)：/we?ni? wi?di? wi?ki?/，在文法上，是三個動詞：來、見、征服的第一人稱完成式。

這是一段小故事，之所以今天在這里介紹是因為，里面包含了三個重要的詞根，分別是ven,vid,vic,這三個詞根的意思，在現(xiàn)代英語中仍然表示來、見、征服，由這三個詞根組成的單詞非常多，而且這由他們派生出來詞匯也是經(jīng)常

在考試中出現(xiàn)的。

詞根ven來源于拉丁語 venire 的不定式詞干，詞根vent來源于venire的動名詞詞干,它們屬于一對同源異形根，它們表示to com來或to happen 發(fā)生。

1.dvent [靠近ad(=to,near)+vent(=come)]
n.到來；出現(xiàn)；(A ～)基督降臨

2.adventitious [過來靠近的ad(=to,near)+vent(=come)]
