Objective To improve the level of understanding in angioleiomyoma of epididymis and tunica vaginalis.
目的提高對(duì)附睪及睪丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤的認(rèn)知水平。
Methods A retrospective study of diagnosis and therapy data of a rare case of angioleiomyoma of epididymis and tunica vaginalis was made.
方法回顧性復(fù)習(xí)了1例臨床罕見的附睪及睪丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤的診治資料。
Results We performed resection of tumor,angioleiomyoma was confirmed by histopathological diagnosis.The patient was followed up all along.
結(jié)果手術(shù)切除腫瘤，術(shù)后病理證實(shí)為血管平滑肌瘤。
Conclusion The preoperative diagnosis of angioleiomyoma of epididymis and tunica vaginalis was difficult,definite diagnosis depend on pathology.Surgery is the most effective method.
結(jié)論附睪及睪丸鞘膜血管平滑肌瘤的術(shù)前診斷較困難，確診需經(jīng)病理學(xué)檢查，手術(shù)切除是最佳的治療方法。
