Objective To invastigat the use of laparoscopic appendicectomy by three hole method.
目的探討三孔法腹腔鏡闌尾切除術(shù)的應(yīng)用。
RESULTS: Seventy-four patients underwent appendicectomy, of which 59 were histologically confirmed.
鉛中毒會(huì)有腹脹、腹痛的臨床表現(xiàn)。
Conclusions:Laparoscopic appendicectomy has the merit of minor wound and fast return to normal,avoids some complication due to open operation.
結(jié)論：電視腹腔鏡闌尾切除具有損傷小，痛苦輕，恢復(fù)快的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，避免了剖腹手術(shù)帶來(lái)的并發(fā)癥。
