方法以二溴甲烷和亞膦酸三乙酯為原料,經(jīng)亞甲基化、氯化、酸水解和成鹽反應(yīng)得到氯膦酸二鈉。
METHODS:Clodronate was synthesized by steps of condensation,chloration,pyrolysis and salifying from dibromomethane and triisopropyl phosphite.
方法：以二溴甲烷和亞膦酸三異丙酯為原料，經(jīng)縮合、氯化、熱裂解和成鹽反應(yīng)得到氯屈膦酸二鈉。
