Objective To study the relationship between the morphologic mechanism of human embryonic epidermic cells and mesenchymal-epithelial transformation (MET) and its modulation factor.
目的探討胚胎期表皮細胞形態(tài)發(fā)生與間質(zhì)表皮細胞轉(zhuǎn)化（MET）及其調(diào)節(jié)因子之間的關(guān)系。
The AKP presented in epidermic layer of tentacles and papillate podia , the peritoneal layer and nether peritoneal layer of respiratory tree, and the peritoneal layer of digestive system.
結(jié)果顯示，在刺參的觸手、疣足的襯里層、呼吸樹的粘膜層和粘膜下層以及消化系統(tǒng)的粘膜層，AKP均呈陽性。
Result:28 cases healed with granulation and physical regeneration. 26 cases healed with auto micro epidermic grafting on the granulation wounds. 3 cases turned better after efficient treatment.
結(jié)果：本組28例創(chuàng)面有肉芽組織生長充填，封閉創(chuàng)面，26例經(jīng)在培養(yǎng)的新鮮肉芽組織采用創(chuàng)面微粒皮種植術(shù)創(chuàng)面封閉，3例創(chuàng)面經(jīng)積極處理后好轉(zhuǎn)自動出院。
