Methods 18 patients with serious hemoptysis were taken emergent select BAE. Only gelatinum sponge(GS) were used in 7 cases, Both GS and silk thread(ST) were used in 10 cases and only polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was used in 1 case.
方法對18例大咯血病人行急診支氣管動脈栓塞術(BAE),其中單純用明膠海綿(GS)栓塞7例,GS加真絲線段(ST)栓塞10例,單純用聚乙烯醇(PVA)顆粒栓塞1例。
