• 1. PHRASAL VERB If someone who has broken a law or rule gets off, they are not punished, or are given only a very small punishment. 逃脫懲罰

  He is likely to get off with a small fine. 他可能會(huì)逃脫懲罰，只交一小筆罰金了事。

• 2. PHRASAL VERB If you tell someone to get off a piece of land or a property, you are telling them to leave, because they have no right to be there and you do not want them there. 離開

• 3. PHRASAL VERB You can tell someone to get off when they are touching something and you do not want them to. 把手拿開

  I kept telling him to get off. 我不停地告訴他把手拿開。
