Objective To probe into the effect and treating principle of small hole craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive intercerebral hemorrhage.
目的探討小骨窗開顱術(shù)治療高血壓腦出血的有效性及治療原則。
Methods The clinical data of consecutive 25 patients with the hypertensive intercerebral hemorrhage, treated from January 1999 to June 2002 in our department, were reviewed.
方法回顧性分析25例高血壓腦出血經(jīng)小骨窗開顱術(shù)治療的臨床資料。結(jié)果25例病例中,22例意識(shí)完全恢復(fù),1例植物生存,2例病情無(wú)好轉(zhuǎn)放棄治療。
