目的探討褥式減張縫合降低乳腺癌根治術后皮瓣切緣壞死的發(fā)生。
Methods To excise appropriate breast and fat tissue, fold and suture the slack breast tissue with radial transverse mattress through suitable bi-loop design.
方法：對患者進行相宜的雙環(huán)設計，切除適量的乳腺脂紡組織，對松弛的乳腺組織行放射狀橫褥式折疊縫合塑形。
Conclusion: itsuggests that closed hemorrhoidectomy with interrupted exstrophy mattress suture is of clinical value of popularization.
結論：閉合式痔切除術采用間斷褥式外翻縫合有臨床價值。
