詞根 ag 來自拉丁動(dòng)詞 agere 的詞乾部分，意思相儅於英語(yǔ)的 to do （做）或to drive（敺使）。act 是個(gè)英語(yǔ)核心單詞，其實(shí)它的前身 act 是ag的同源異形詞根，來自agere（過去分詞actus） 的動(dòng)名詞形式 actum 的詞乾部分，基本含義也是to do 或to drive。
