Abstract： Objective: To Compare four commonly used incisions for neck dissection, modified Crile ,Yoels incision, MacFee and apron incision with respect of their postoperative wound complications.
摘要：目的：對四種頸淋巴清掃術常用切口：改良T形，類矩形，平行切口以及圍裙式切口術中手術野的暴露難易，術後傷口的瘉郃，術後的外觀進行了比較。
Conclusion: Every incision has advantage and disadvantage in radiated neck, but we believe using MacFee and apron would decrease the incidence of flap complication and get good cosmetic result.
結論：四種切口各有優(yōu)缺點，對於術前接受放療的病人，採用平行切口和圍裙式切口較爲安全。
