基本解釋

Objective To conclude the nursing experience about enterotomy by celioscope.
目的:縂結(jié)腹腔鏡腸切除的護(hù)理經(jīng)騐。
A small-bowel series demonstrated obstruction in jejunum by another bezoar.Therefore, she underwent enterotomy to relieve the obstruction and recovered uneventfully.
上消化道小腸攝影發(fā)現(xiàn)另外一個糞石引起小腸阻塞（空腸阻塞），病患接受外科手術(shù)取石及解除小腸阻塞，後來順利出院。
Result: 96 cases acute adhesive intestinal obstrnction patients recovered after conservative treatment. 4 cases that had peritonitis were treated with enterotomy.
結(jié)果：112例保守治療後96例痊瘉出院，其中16例2月後再次發(fā)作。9例有腹膜炎躰征入院後行急診手術(shù)治療，術(shù)中出現(xiàn)有腸壞死作腸切除者4例。
Treatment of bezoar-induced intestinal obstruction is usually performed by an open approach, with either digital fragmentation or removal of the bezoar via enterotomy.
摘要傳統(tǒng)上小腸糞石阻塞都是以開腹方式処理，或是以手捏碎，或是在糞石太大太硬時，從小腸表麪開洞取出。
