Objective:Discuss the causes and related countermeasures for partial ill-feedback of thenar phlebotomize of neonates.
目的:探討新生兒足底採血侷部不良反應的發(fā)生原因以及相應的護理對策。
In Beginning first stage of labor, active phase (3.0 cm dilatation of cervix) and infant birth, phlebotomize and mensurate quantum of norepinephrine (NE), adrenalin (ADR), adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) and cortisol (COR).
分別於産程開始、活躍期(宮口開大3.;0cm)、宮口開全及胎兒娩出時抽取産婦靜脈血標本;測定各時段的去甲腎上腺素(NE)、腎上腺素(ADR)、促腎上腺皮質激素(ACTH)、皮質醇(COR)應激激素的含量。
