Objective:To determine the contents of the Semen Euphorbiae from different habitats.

Methods: The crude and 5 kinds of different processed products of semen Euphorbiae were determined by TLC scanning and aesculetin as control sample.
以秦皮乙素爲(wèi)對(duì)照品，應(yīng)用薄層掃描法對(duì)千金子生品及5種不同砲制加工品進(jìn)行了含量測(cè)定。
Results:After being processed by two different methods the fatty oil , aesculetin and esculin contents of semen euphorbiae had not significance difference (P>0.05).
結(jié)果：新法與傳統(tǒng)法制霜的成品在脂肪油、秦皮乙素、七葉樹苷的含量上均無顯著性差異（P>0.05）。
